anyway to divert my attention to something else, here are the latest x-men news:

1. astonishing x-men season 3 is due on february. (hell)fiery cover with the entire astonishing team (it's like House of M never happened).

2. the new uncanny x-men (no pun intended) will be composed of psylocke, marvel girl, nightcrawler, bishop and cannonball. oh and wolverine. it seems storm will be away and married to black panther for a while. i hope nightcrawler finally gets to lead. the previews show psylocke having a morning jog. funny it reminds me of the first few pages of Generation X 1 which bachalo also pencilled.

3. apparently new excalibur has a good script. yay i can't wait to see who has the focused totality of his/her mutant powers. i have a big feeling it's going to be dazzler..

4. quote from editor nick lowe: "If the New X-Men were like Dawson's Creek, now it's Battle Royale."

5. apocalypse will be returning next year. hopefully we'll get to see who are the real 12.
